Description

This delicious cauliflower is a lovely purple colour and very uniform in shape. Plus it has consistent performance under different environmental conditions.

It is recommended that you fertilize the soil before transplanting. Plant 18-24 inches apart with 2-3 feet between rows. 68 days to maturity.

Fun Fact: Purple cauliflower is not dyed. Its lovely purple colour comes from the same antioxidant found in red cabbage and red wine, which is anthocyanin. Adding sun exposure will further exaggerate its colour!
